Group classes

Practice with other people in the room

Our group classes are built for real bodies and mixed experience levels. Nobody is watching you, nothing is competitive, and there is always an option that fits the day you're having.

What we teach, and who each class is for

Community Sound Bath

60 min · All welcome

Lie down, get covered, and let bowls, gong and chime carry the work. Nothing to learn, nothing to keep up with.

You'll be on a mat with a bolster and a blanket while the practitioner moves through singing bowls, gong and chimes. Most people drift somewhere between rest and sleep. Come as you are — no experience needed.

Slow Movement

75 min · Beginner friendly

Unhurried, grounded movement that builds mobility and strength without pushing you past what your body is saying.

A floor-and-standing sequence held at a pace that leaves room to notice what's happening. Props are used generously and every shape has an option that fits a stiffer morning.

Breathwork Circle

60 min · All welcome

Guided breathing practices for people who carry stress in the chest, jaw and shoulders.

We start seated, build into a longer guided round, and close with rest and a short group check-in. Practices are chosen so you can take them home and use them in five minutes.

Restorative & Yin

75 min · All welcome

Few shapes, long holds, full support. A deliberate counterweight to a fast week.

Bolsters, blankets and blocks do most of the work so your nervous system can stand down. Often paired with sound at the close of the session.

Guided Meditation

45 min · All welcome

A short, sustainable sit with guidance — designed for people who think they can't meditate.

Chairs and cushions both available. Guidance runs throughout, so there's no stretch of silence to white-knuckle your way through.

Workshops & Series

Varies · See schedule

Deeper dives: sound healing fundamentals, herbal basics, seasonal practices and community gatherings.

Workshops run on a rotating calendar and are announced through the schedule and in the Community Sanctuary. Some run as multi-week series.

Class names and descriptions are being finalized — the live schedule will show exact days, times and teachers.

Your first class

What to bring, what to expect

  • Arrive 10 minutes early. Time to settle, meet the teacher and mention anything we should know.
  • We supply the props. Mats, bolsters, blankets and cushions are here. Bring your own mat if you prefer one.
  • Wear what's comfortable. Layers help — rooms get cool during long rests.
  • Stay afterward. The Community Sanctuary is open and free. Have tea before you drive home.
